TotalClad MW Striated fire resistant insulated metal panels are single-component insulated metal panels designed specifically for fire resistant wall applications. Featuring a mineral wool core, TotalClad MW Striated provides superior fire performance and achieves 1-, 2- and 3-hour fire ratings. Other exterior profiles include: Heavy Embossed and Micro Planked.
Versawall V embossed insulated metal wall panels add versatility and flexibility by offering Planked or Striated profiles for walls. Available in lengths ranging from 6′ to 52′ and 2, 2.75″ and 4″ thickness options.
Versawall H+ Insulated Metal Panels provide a sleek, modern aesthetic, and energy-efficient wall where horizontal applications are desired. These lightweight panels serve as a complete barrier wall creating a high performing building envelope. The 3” [76 mm] depth MR3-36 provides sturdy construction which allows for longer spans and a reduction in the number of supports required. As a wall panel, MR3-36 side laps in the low cell. As a roof panel, MR3-36 is inverted and side laps in the high cell. All Exposed Fastener wall panels may be installed in a variety of rainscreen applications to form a complete wall system. Systems may vary from an uninsulated screenwall to MetalWrap® Series, an insulated composite backup panel system with Advanced Thermal and Moisture Protection (ATMP®).
