MetalWrap insulated composite backup panels showcase integrated components, including windows and louvers. The product’s single-component construction means a single source of responsibility, leading to less coordination, fewer scheduling and interface issues, and one-step installation by one contractor.
The MetalWrap integrated louver system, developed in conjunction with the CS GROUP, INC., is designed for large areas where louvers are an architectural feature. The system utilizes storm resistant MW-7315 front blades over horizontal MetalWrap Series MR-300 system in the inactive louver area. Both the attachment system and the panel face are painted black, providing a seamless transition between the active and inactive louvers.
MetalWrap is the only insulated composite backup panel with an integrated window system. CENTRIA’s Formavue 600 Window further enhances air and water performance and reduces risks for both the architect and the building owner. The window also features large thermal breaks aligned with the panel insulation as well as additional insulation in the head of the window frame.

The Fluorofinish Pure coating system is a durable, solid-color finish for architectural applications. Formulated with the environment and life safety in mind, this PVDF coating system is Red List complaint thanks to the removal of hexavalent chromium, PFOA, lead and other undesirable ingredients. Fluorofinish Pure is ideal for projects with the highest environmental requirements or for any project where a customer desires an ultra-sustainable building envelope.
