Why Architectural Metal Wall Panels?

Wall panel materials play a crucial role for buildings, not only for the structure’s aesthetic but also in safety, energy efficiency, and longevity. Architectural metal panels share the same qualities and benefits as metal roofing systems. Metal wall panels are a better, cost-efficient option, and rarely require any additional framing, replacements, or repairs. Other benefits of an architectural metal panel system include:

  • Insulation against hot and cold weather
  • Fire resistance
  • Prevention from rain and moisture intrusion
  • Protection against mold, erosion, and integrity breaches

At CENTRIA, our architectural building envelopes showcase different styles and finishes to replace or complement your unique design. Some material options we provide are galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

FWDS

FWDS

The Formawall Dimension Series panel offers a modern, monolithic appearance to the building façade. It integrates easily with our windows and louver systems to provide a complete, high-performing building envelope system.

FWGX

FWGX

The Formawall Dimension Series Graphix architectural insulated metal wall panels offer the ultimate design freedom. In a single panel, it creates the illusion of multiple smaller panels. This reduces the number of panels required for unique project aesthetics leading, to simplified installation and reduced opportunity for air and/or water infiltration.

DS58

DS58

The Formawall Dimension Series DS58 Profile panel is a flat panel with a single steep slope located at the male panel joint. Strategically located Formawall DS58 panels produce an elegant visual break in an otherwise monolithic wall expanse. This option can be integrated with flat or other profiles panels as well as Formavue Windows, CS Sunshades, CS Louvers and Daylighting Translucent Panels.

DS59

DS59

The Formawall Dimension Series DS59 Profile features two steep slopes located at both joints, providing outstanding aesthetic value, along with maximum thermal performance and moisture control. This option can be integrated with flat or other profiled panels as well as Formavue Windows, CS Sunshades, CS Louvers and Daylighting Translucent Panels.

DS60

DS60

The Formawall Dimension Series DS60 profile provides outstanding aesthetics and value, with maximum thermal performance and moisture control. Fully profiled with three steep slopes, Formawall DS60 panels produce the ultimate textured wall. This option can be integrated with flat or other profiled panels as well as Formavue Windows, CS Sunshades, CS Louvers and Daylighting Translucent Panels.

Architectural Design Options

Expand upon Formawall High Performance Building Envelope System’s exceptional performance and aesthetic elements with superior product options and integrated solutions. Through partnerships with leading innovators of daylighting and ventilation components, envelope integration of sunshades, daylighting panels, louvers, and NOVA Fins is faster, easier, and far more efficient than ever before.

IMV

IMV

The Formawall Insulated Metal Vertical (IMV) joint provides an improved thermal barrier with a sleek, contemporary façade. Its superior performance is possible thanks to advanced metal joinery that replaces exposed gaskets at end joints. Designed with CENTRIA’s Advanced Thermal and Moisture Protection (ATMP®) technology, the Formawall IMV joint provides the most advanced protection from air and water penetration.

SEAL PLATE

SEAL PLATE

The Seal Plate is a vented, pressure-equalized drain channel that provides multiple lines of defense against water infiltration and minimizes the force that may drive water through the wall system. With an inspectable seal on the interior of the panel after they are installed, this allows for a maximum line of defense against the elements.

DAYLIGHTING

DAYLIGHTING

CENTRIA has a unique design for integrating translucent daylighting windows systems seamlessly with our Formawall Dimension Series panels. These daylighting systems are designed to install easily with 3”-T [76mm] FWDS panels. Common joinery elements provide a seamless exterior package and are tested to meet specific wind, rain, air movement and aesthetic requirements.

NOVA FINS

NOVA FINS

The NOVA Fins provide a final touch to your exterior wall design with custom fabricated metal fins. Designed with CENTRIA’s in-house Engineering and Designing services. These fins are developed for total design compatibility and integrate perfectly with CENTRIA’s FWDS to create a unique, sleek building façade.

CS LOUVERS

CS LOUVERS

CENTRIA and CS Group also provide a full line of fixed, drainable, and storm-resistant louvers engineered for seamless integration with Dimension Series panels. The most critical areas of performance on a building are often where components meet. That is why CENTRIA provides engineered, integrated solutions to simplify and improve those details.

CS SUNSHADES

CS SUNSHADES
